Didactic unit

To briefly introduce the Didactic Unit, it’s important to say that has Mindfulness as the main objective to work and improve, that is why in every activity we find in these three sessions this concept it’s present.

We use Mindfulness to be aware of ourselves and the moment we are living. People can practice Mindfulness whenever they want but, with children, it’s recommended to be done at the end of the day, when they are going to bed and have done all their homework and possible chores at home. It’s important that children know some exercises to develop them at home, with their families or alone.
