Easter is here and with it brings the cultural week in school, it has been decided this year to make a market where each family can bring things to sell related to their cultures, for example: food, craft beads, paintings, handicrafts, etc. There will also be workshops where each family can explain the origins of their culture and explain how the material they are selling is made.

For the students of the school, the teachers have proposed many activities so that they can feel like protagonists and part of this cultural week. Pablo has Down Syndrome, for all of his companions he is a very special person that transmits them a lot of affection and makes them smile constantly. Different activities have also been adapted for him so that he is involved together with his companions.

A couple of weeks ago the Valencian teacher proposed to prepare a play for families. The theme of the work had to focus on cultures but he proposed to everyone to choose the title. Between Ekon and Abbie they managed to formulate one: "To know each other is better". The role of each student was decided by having a raffle and Pablo was the co-star and what great acting he did.

To end this cultural week, the music teacher has proposed that all students create a song where the lyrics are related to the theme of the cultural week.
